A few days ago, the presentation event for the 2025 sports season by Swisseagle was held at the Autodromo di Modena. With friends, collaborators and supporters of the Team gathered together, Glauco Solieri made official the news for this season. For the occasion, the well-known television commentator on motorsports and friend of Glauco, Nicola Villani, attended the event and interviewed him, commenting on all the news with him.

First of all, the new technical and logistical collaboration with the Centro Porsche Ticino was announced.

Glauco: “This prestigious partnership marks an important step for our team. We will work together not only in exclusive events like today’s, but also in some official races and tests. The goal is to grow this collaboration and consolidate it over time, leading it to develop more and more in the coming seasons. Precisely in this perspective, there is another great novelty: starting from 2025, Swisseagle will compete with its own Swiss license. This is a fundamental step for us, because it will allow us to strengthen our identity and our presence in international motorsport.”

Villani, taking the floor, stated that these novelties will certainly give impetus to Glauco’s project, whom he respects as a driver and now also as a team manager. He also wanted to explain that, although Swisseagle has decided not to take part in the SuperCup this year, there are very promising projects underway such as participation in the GTCUP OPEN Championship. He then invited Glauco to explain what the 2025 sports program will be, which will allow the newborn Team to grow and mature in structure and organization.

Glauco: “Our main focus will be the GTCUP OPEN, a European championship that is becoming more and more competitive every year and that will give us the opportunity to express our potential to the fullest. I am proud to announce that I will have the pleasure of being the driver who will represent the colors of Swisseagle also for this year. Another great achievement for Swisseagle is the fact that, for the first time, we are autonomous on a technical level. This means that we can dedicate even more passion, attention and care to our Porsche, working with maximum freedom and precision to develop it in the best possible way.

We have achieved this goal thanks to our Engineer Lorenzo Martinelli who created a Workshop where we can work on our cars with the dedication they deserve, without compromise and with the utmost attention to every detail. Our plans are constantly evolving and I do not exclude that during the year Swisseagle can get closer to new drivers and other Championships, such as the Italian Gran Turismo Championship or even some international endurance races. We have many ideas and many possibilities ahead of us, so expect some nice surprises. We are aware of the challenges that await us but also excited about the opportunities that are opening up for us. I thank all those who directly and indirectly participate and support the development of this project called Swisseagle and I also thank Nicola Villani who I consider not only a great professional, but also a friend. Si è tenuto, qualche giorno fa, presso l’Autodromo di Modena, l’evento di presentazione della stagione sportiva 2025 da parte di Swisseagle.

Riuniti amici, collaborati e supporter del Team, Glauco Solieri ha ufficializzato le novità di questa stagione. Per l’occasione il noto commentatore televisivo dei motori e amico di Glauco, Nicola Villani, ha presenziato all’evento e l’ha intervistato commentando insieme a lui tutte le novità.

In primis è stata annunciata la nuova collaborazione tecnica e logistica con il Centro Porsche Ticino.

Glauco:

“Questa prestigiosa partnership segna un passo importante per la nostra squadra. Lavoreremo insieme non solo in eventi esclusivi come quello di oggi, ma anche in alcune gare e test ufficiali. L’obiettivo é far crescere questa collaborazione e consolidarla nel tempo, portandola a svilupparsi sempre di più nelle prossime stagioni.

Proprio in quest’ottica c’é un’altra grande novità: a partire dal 2025, Swisseagle concorrerà con una propria licenza svizzera. Questo è un passaggio fondamentale per noi, perché ci permetterà di rafforzare la nostra identità e la nostra presenza nel motorsport internazionale.”

Villani, prendendo la parola, ha affermato che queste novità daranno sicuramente slancio al progetto di Glauco che stima come pilota e adesso anche come team manager. Inoltre ha voluto spiegare che, nonostante Swisseagle abbia deciso di non prendere parte per quest’anno al SuperCup, ci sono progetti in corso molto promettenti come la partecipazione al Campionato GTCUP OPEN. Quindi ha invitato Glauco a spiegare quale sarà il programma sportivo del 2025, che permetterà al neonato Team di crescere e di maturare in struttura e organizzazione.

Glauco:

“Il nostro focus principale sarà appunto il GTCUP OPEN, un campionato a livello europeo che sta diventando ogni anno sempre più competitivo e che ci darà l’opportunità di esprimere al meglio il nostro potenziale. Sono orgoglioso di annunciare che avrò il piacere di essere io il pilota che rappresenterà i colori di Swisseagle anche per quest’anno.

Un’altra grande conquista per Swisseagle è data dal fatto che, per la prima volta, siamo autonomi a livello tecnico. Questo significa che possiamo dedicare ancora più passione, attenzione e cura alla nostra Porsche, lavorando con la massima libertà e precisione per svilupparla nel migliore dei modi.

Questo traguardo lo abbiamo raggiunto grazie al nostro Ingegnere Lorenzo Martinelli che ha creato un Workshop in cui poter lavorare sulle nostre auto con la dedizione che meritano, senza compromessi e con la massima cura per ogni dettaglio.

I nostri piani sono in continua evoluzione e non escludo che nel corso dell’anno Swisseagle possa avvicinarsi a nuovi piloti e ad altri Campionati, come il Campionato Italiano Gran Turismo o addirittura ad alcune gare internazionali di durata.

Abbiamo molte idee e tante possibilità davanti a noi, quindi aspettavi qualche bella sorpresa. Siamo consapevoli delle sfide che ci attendono ma anche entusiasti delle opportunità che si stanno aprendo per noi.
